Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor is an American screen and stage actress, best well-known for her films as a character in Ray Undercover Brother and on the TV show The Mentalist. She has a Bachelor's degree in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue Lisa Ellis is an actor, producer as well as an American actress active in theatre in film, television, and theatre.
